This just in: Mr. Coffee spotted with Truvia
October 20, 2010
Sugar Land, Texas – Morning beverage enthusiast, Mr. Coffee, was reportedly seen sharing a mug this morning with and up an coming in the sweetener world, Ms. Truvia, sources say. According to BMZ, a celebrity news site, this marks the first outing for Mr. Coffee since his complete makeover last week. Truvia, nature’s calorie free sweetener, is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Stevia Leaf.
More About Truvia
As part of her 30 day “Swap out your Sweetener” Challenge, Truvia will be traveling the pantry and fridge to pair up with all of the wonderful foods and beverages around the house. Today, she marked the beginning of the challenge by pairing up with Mr. Coffee, already in the spotlight for his recent split from Ms. Cream after alleged affairs with Ms. Imperial Sugar, Ms. Sugar in the Raw, as well as “Ali” and and “Coco”, better know as Almond Milk and Coconut Milk.
According to Mr. Coffee, Truvia natural sweetener is refreshingly uncomplicated! One packet will provide the same sweetness as two teaspoons of sugar, and it’s a great alternative for people with diabetes!

Oh, and for those of you wondering about Mr. Coffee’s makeover – here you go! Thank you for all of the suggestions to reduce my consumption of coffee daily. This is really working, and I’m down from drinking and entire pot a day to only 3 cups!
Now, I can save money and use my honey for other things rather than an all purpose sweetener! Super excited about this month long journey!
Disclaimer: I am one of 30 bloggers who have been chosen to be a part of the 30 day Truvia “Swap Out Your Sweetener” Challenge. This campaign is put on by Collective Bias. Even though I was sent free full size products to use and review, my opinion of the product is not swayed in either direction.
So glad that Mr. Coffee has found a healthy relationship. I don’t drink coffee anymore but I do believe that I will be picking up some Truvia for other sweetening applications. I love the before/after 🙂
You are the best!
Oh Mr. Coffee. What scandals you have been a part of. It sounds like you have finally found someone compatible, someone who will treat you as good as you deserve to be treated. No longer will you be taken advantage of by Ms. Imperial Sugar or Ms. Sugar in the Raw. Those broads are outta here!!
What a journey! I will definitely be picking up some Truvia at my local store to replace my bad sugar habit! Can’t wait to see what/who Ms. Truvia pairs up with next! Great post!
Very exciting!! i’m glad you’ve reduced the AMOUNT of coffee you consume!! Definitely a good idea. I don’t know if I’ll be able to do it, but Pete Cohen says to cut out stimulants!! eek!!
are you off cream still?
Way to go! I LOVE this!! 🙂
Yes, I’m off cream! 🙂 It’s really neat, because I don’t do sweetener in my coffee anymore, but I put some Truvia in it this morning, and I actually liked it!
Kylie is making tea so that she can put some in it! 🙂
Wooooooo! The press pot looks gorgeous! Being a coffee geek, I have to tell you I’m squealing over the press pot. I haven’t ever tried Truvia, though – going to have to look into it and see if it actually jives with all the other stuff I’ve got going on. Ya know, pregnant ear and all! 😉
Very cool! However, Cynthia wants me to cut out all caffine/coffee… so until I speak with her (and I hear otherwise) I will have to step away from the coffee.
But… after the boot camp… I am totally picking your brain on how your coffee is going w/out creamer (which I love) 😛
