This cake is actually an awesome depiction of birth, but, I totally see it being the most taboo baby shower cake ever!

However, I think it’s AWESOME!  (I’d probably not add the “Push” part, though!)

Oh and (thanks for pointing it out, Allison!) the baby actually needs to be facing down for an optimal birth, but of course, the cake – ahem.. artist – wanted you to see the baby’s pretty little face! haha!
