My kids are always excited to receive invitations to parties. They always have lots of fun, eat tons of junk, and come home super worn out!

When moms found out that we were having a party that their kids would learn something, engage in fun activities, and come home with a bag full of useful goodies, they were intrigued!

Thanks to Oral-B and Crest, I hosted a fun filled CarsII Movie Viewing Party that was a little more than just a movie date!

Follow Oral-B and Crest on Twitter!

Before the guests arrived, we set up our theater, game station, and goody bags!  Oral-B and Crest loaded our party goers up with Oral-B Stage III Brushes, Pro-Health FOR ME Brushes, Oral-B Stages Flossers, Pro-Health FOR ME Paste, Pro-Health FOR ME Floss Picks, Pro-Health FOR ME Rinse, and Cars II Gummy Vitamins for the take home bags as well as provided Cars II Playdate Invites, Disney’s Cars II Movie DVD, Balloons, and more for the party!

It was lots of fun setting up this party!!  We just knew that the moms would be elated with the product samples their kiddos would be taking home.

Did you know: In 2001, a study revealed that 69% of parents reported that, compared to other brushes used, their child was motivated to brush longer with the Stages brush.

Each child was given a movie ticket for the party.  Upon arrival, we took their tickets, and it was party time!

The first thing we did was gather the kiddos around and play a pretty neat and educational game called Yucky Mouth vs. Healthy Mouth.  We cut out pictures of different types of foods and products, and the little ones had to place the picture on the corresponding side of the game board.  For the Healthy Mouth side, there were pictures of things like apples, corn, toothpaste, water, toothbrushes, etc.  On the Yucky Mouth Side, the pictures consisted of cola, ice cream, candy, sugar cubes, and more. This helps kids learn about what foods can be harmful for the teeth, especially if they do not brush their teeth. We explained to them what cavities are and what they would need to get if their teeth falls out, like implants or dental crowns.

We did run into a couple of iffy pictures, though.  When it came time to place the onion, we thought it was a cruel joke by the creators of the game, because the kids knew that onions weren’t necessarily bad for you, but they surely did make your mouth taste yucky. Ultimately, the onions when on the healthy side.

The other trip up was a pack of gum.  Everyone wanted it to go on the yucky mouth side, but then on party guest said that his dentist suggested that sugar free gum is good for those who are unable to brush their teeth between every meal.  Sugar Free gum helps get the food out from between teeth and can promote a healthy mouth. So, because the gum was generic, and we were unable to decide if it was sugar free or not, we tossed the picture!

It was great to see even the smallest of kiddos know which side to put each item on!  It was a really fun game.

Did you know:  In 2001, a study/survey revealed that 91% of dental professionals (who were surveyed) felt that the Stages brushes address the specific dentition and dexterity needs of children.

After the game, everyone settled in for a little popcorn and Cars II!  It was a good time for the moms and dads to check out and discuss all of the great products their kiddos would be taking home when the party was over!

Crest and Oral-B Pro-Health FOR ME is the first and only completel line of oral care products for tweens!

Everyone loves party favors!  However, sometimes, I dread the candy and sugary gum, the little bouncy balls and trinkets that I never fail to step on in the middle of the night.  This party, however, wasn’t that kind of party!  I explained to the moms that Oral-B and Crest sponsored this party via MommyParties, and that they would be going home with healthy teeth products such as those listed earlier.  Pair all of these wonderful products with coupons, and everyone left happy!

Oral-B Stages – #1 Recommended Toothbrush by Dentists

My kiddos love their new toothpaste, toothbrushes, and gummies!  I no longer have to ask them if they’ve brushed their teeth, because it’s fun for them, and after the party, they learned a thing or two about having a healthy mouth!

We received the Oral-B Stages & Crest and Oral B Pro-Health FOR ME party pack from MommyParties, Oral-B, and Crest. I was not compensated for this post, nor required to post it. All opinions are my own.
