Healthy Baked Okra Recipe with Olive Oil and Sea Salt
Kylie came home from my mom’s house with a bag full of fresh okra and a healthy okra recipe that she just HAD to make!
The ingredients will depend on how many okra eaters you have in your family and how much you’d like to prepare!
Healthy Okra Recipe Basked with Olive Oil and Sea Salt
- Fresh Whole Okra
- Sea Salt
- Cracked Black Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- Ectra Virgin Olive Oil
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
Arrange the okra on a baking sheet (<—great set right here!). Brush or drizzle EVOO being very generous. Sprinkle each ingredient, one at a time, onto each piece of okra. Brush or drizzle more olive oil over each okra.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
Okra will be somewhat crispy out of the oven.

I’m amazed at the amount of people who’ve never tried okra. Must be a southern thing 🙂
