Weekly Weightloss Update | #weightloss #fitness
Well, I’m off to a good start! If you recall, I wrote a post about a week ago called “Time to Reboot!”
I weighed today, and I have lost 2 pounds. That’s fantastic, because all I’ve really done is cut out fast and fried foods and Cokes (or soda water as my dad would say!)
After talking to a friend of mine, this morning, and my mom, today, I’ve realized that I’m ok if it takes me five years to get to my goal weight, as long as I’m eating right, exercising, and being healthy. I don’t have to go gangbusters like I did last time, because I’m right back to where I was before that!
I stocked up on veggies, chicken, and squeezed lots of lemons to put in my water. I know I’m capable of losing more in a week, (and I quite possibly could have, except, I weighed in the afternoon and after I ate a sandwich before I weighed which are both no-nos!)
This weekend, we’ve got to move some things around in the garage so that we can fold the treadmill back down and I can get back to walking on that! I also want to look into getting a SurfShelf, or something similar, so that I can do work while I’m on the treadmill!
My goal, this week, is to keep on keeping on how I am.
We still can’t find our scale, so I went to mom’s house to weigh. My next thing is to have my mom take my measurements, so I can track my progress that way as well!
