Mommy’s Bliss Sweet Slumber Review | #review #baby
When you think about Mommy’s Bliss products, I’m pretty sure that the first thing that comes to mind is the Gripe Water. It was with me. Because we used the Gripe Water with Jett when he was younger, Mommy’s Bliss is a brand we trust. When I learned about Mommy’s Bliss Sweet Slumber line, I just had to try it out. I had no idea that they had more than just Gripe Water.
Jett is at the age where he’s into everything. At 18 months old, he’s very active, and it takes him a while to get settled down when it’s time for bed.
When I received Sweet Slumber Set, the obvious first thing to do was to open it up and sniff! All of the products in this line smell wonderful. One of my favorite scents, on my bed/pillow, is lavender. Not only is it calming, but it’s also so clean and refreshing.
All three of these new releases contain essential oils that are historically associated with relaxation and sleep such as English Lavender Oil, German Chamomile Extract and Ylang Ylang Flower Oil, among other natural, soothing botanical ingredients. The Sweet Slumber line is 100% vegetarian and vegan and their packaging is 100% recycled with post-consumer resin.
I immediately sprayed my pillow with the Sweet Slumber Mist, and I fell in love. Not only did it help me feel more calm, but it also helped clear the headache I had. We’ve noticed, that when we use it, it’s been really great to help Jett fall back to sleep when he wakes up in the middle of the night, especially if I’m at a birth or not home for whatever reason.
- Sweet Slumber Mist – Sweet Slumber Mist creates a calm and familiar bedroom environment that prepares baby for a good night sleep.
Another one of our go-to products from Mommy’s Bliss is the Sweet Slumber Baby Wash. Personally, I don’t care if it’s time for Jett to sleep or not, I love this baby wash, because not only does it smell great, but it doesn’t leave his skin, or my hands, feeling like tight leather when his bath is over. We don’t even have to use lotion afterward, if we don’t want to. (That’s a good thing, because I always forget it, anyway!)
- Sweet Slumber Baby Wash – The Sweet Slumber Baby Wash combines the benefits of a body wash, shampoo and bubble bath in one convenient bottle, allowing for an easy and soothing bath time before bed. This tear free formula contains no drying agents and won’t irritate sensitive skin.
I keep a bottle of Mommy’s Bliss Sweet Slumber Massage Cream on the night stand right next to the Slumber Mist. This stuff is awesome. It’s great for Jett’s skin, and I love the way it feels and smells on my hands also. Let’s face it. When we use products on our babies, we like to actually feel good ourselves when we’re done! Having a great massage cream that goes on smooth and is also calming is great all around!
- Sweet Slumber Massage Cream – The Sweet Slumber Massage Cream is a gentle, moisturizing cream used to relax your child while nourishing their delicate skin. This non-greasy cream absorbs quickly into your baby’s sensitive skin without irritation.
One of the greatest aspects of this Sweet Slumber Set is that you can get all three, in full sizes, at a reasonable price!
- Set – $21
- Slumber Mist – $5.99
- Baby Wash – $7.99
- Massage Cream – $6.99
If you’d like for your little one to fall into a Sweet Slumber with this three piece set, you can find the products at Walgreens.
