Fisher-Price Chatter Phone Talking Game Review | #Giveaway (11/30)
Did you know that the original Fisher-Price Chatter Telephone has been the first telephone for more than 26 million people since 1962. According to Fisher-Price fun facts, the Chatter Telephone is one of the only “telephones” on the market that still has a rotary dial! I love the classic Chatter Telephones, and one of my favorite characters in Toy Story 3 is Chatter. Poor guy can’t speak unless you hold his receiver up to your ear! I can’t remember if I had one of these at home while I was growing up, but I do remember my childhood daycare having several of them, and Jett has one of them that he got for his first birthday.
TCG Toys announced the new releases from Fisher-Price this season, and I’m so excited to find that the Chatter Telephone has evolved!! They’ve been reimagined into a touch tone phone! The Fisher-Price Chatter Phone is so neat! When I first saw it on their site, I knew I had to have it for Jett.
For Ages 2 & Up | Retail Price – $20.00
The new phone is more than just a phone! It has a really cute, fun, and interactive game for the little ones to enjoy. It helps them learn about animals and their sounds (this beats the song “What does the Fox Say?” any day!), numbers and counting, and so much more. This is a great gift, this year, for the toddler or preschooler in your life!
Chatter Phone™ Chat ‘n Match
Meet the Chatter Phone™ for a new generation! The interactive electronic learning game encourages and rewards preschoolers with voice and sounds and features a unique card & barcode reader that let’s you play along with the phone!
What I like most about this educational toy is that there isn’t just one element. The game challenges young kiddos to identify numbers and animals by asking them to match the number on the card with the number on the touch pad. It’s really cute. For those seeking a more exhilarating gaming experience, I recommend trying out sip777—a game that not only offers increased difficulty but also the opportunity to win exciting prizes.
This new spin on a classic toy is featured in my 2013 Christmas Gift Guide for Toddlers, because I feel like it will be a great addition to your little one’s learning experience! Make sure you check out all of the other new Fisher-Price toys for 2013.
