April 16, 2011Board of DirectorsThe Cloth Diaper Foundation, Inc.RE: Resignation Letter of Lisa Johnston, Operations Manager / Board ChairDear Board of Directors:With a heavy heart and many memories, I am announcing my resignation as theOperations Manager and Board Chair from The Cloth Diaper Foundation, Inc.effective April 18, 2011.
After much prayer and consideration, my family and I have decided that after almosttwo and a half years of serving others, it is time to focus more on my very busy family, pregnancy, and personal wellness.I am confident that the organization will be in very capable and caring hands, and Iwill continue to volunteer in the background and train others to take over my positionsfor as long as I am needed.I appreciate the opportunity to help so many wonderful families and babies for thetime that I have served as Operations Manager and Board Chair, and I will miss mypositions dearly.May the Lord bless this organization and volunteers for all of the wonderful things thathave been accomplished in its 6 years of operation, and I look forward to watchingThe Cloth Diaper Foundation, Inc. prosper in the future.Sincerely,Lisa Johnston

Thank you. š
Lisa, I posted this on FB but they just deleted the whole page so you probably won’t see it. Thank you for all that you’ve done. I don’t know how I ever found the CDF on Facebook in the first place. I have no friends or family that CD. CDing wasn’t even a consideration until I somehow stumbled upon that page. We were in bad shape last year financially and expecting #4, a surprise. To me your service has been less about the 12 diapers I received and more about what you and Roxy and other mommas on that page taught me and helped me to do. It’s like the old “teach a man to fish” adage. You did more for people than you will ever know. My son is 4 months old and through CDF’s help now has his own stash. A nice one too! I am forever grateful for your service and Roxy’s. I pray that you both will receive many blessings in this next season of your life. Thank you for changing my life.
Sincerely,
Stephanie
