A YEAR LATER – We’ve had this mattress for about a year now, and we still love it. The memory foam has not broken down, like most mattresses we’ve used in the past, and there are no low spots in the mattress at all. It still looks just as crisp and completely square as it did on day one! We’ve since moved it from the upstairs location to a new home, and I have to say that because you’re able to fold the mattress, it was really easy to move!

We’ve been using this mattress for 6 months, now, and we love it. We’re both bigger people, and it’s holding its shape nicely! I love that it has a washable cover so that we do not have to worry about the mattress getting dirty. It’s very comfortable. My parents are ready to trade in their Sleep Number bed for a Nature’s Sleep Memory Foam Mattress!
We were in dire need of a new mattress, because our old mattress was just that – old. We had it for about 10 years, and it was a hand me down that was no-telling how old. It was definitely time.
At first, I wasn’t thinking about the timing of the purchase, and I knew we were going on vacation, so I called the mattress store to make sure it would arrive beforehand, and the Nature’s Sleep customer service rep was so sweet. She assured me that we’d get the mattress in time and that I’d get an email with tracking info.
It took about 10 days from the day that I ordered the Groupon for the mattress to show up on my door step. I had to place the order via the Nature’s Sleep site (which was very easy), and it was shipped out Fedex in a box that in NO way resembled a mattress!
The mattress we ordered was a 12 inch foam, and the shipping weight was 139 lbs. We were thankful that it came in a box, compressed, because we needed to get it upstairs to our temporary bedroom (You don’t want to see pictures right now! it’s VERY temporary. Once we move into our new home, I will get real pics!).
Although the box was ripping when it got to my door (totally expected), the mattress was very well protected inside! It was folded in half and rolled up tightly and put in a space saver type bag with all of the air sucked out! We laughed because my 12 inch mattress was about 2 inched in it’s compressed state! It was also wrapped in another layer of thick plastic and taped so that it wouldn’t unroll if for some reason the box were to fall apart! I was impressed with the awesome packaging! The instructions said to let it sit for 24 hours to fluff up before sleeping on it, so we did, and it was worth it. I have to say that we were a bit worried that it would be too soft once we got it, but it’s a very firm mattress! The only thing we have to get used to is the fact that it’s not like a spring type mattress, and when you sit on it, it doesn’t bounce or give. Where you sit is where you sit.
When laying on the bed, we definitely notice that the bed does it’s job and contours around your body. Our bodies aren’t having to work to adjust to the mattress, resulting in a restless night. We wake up very rested, and no back aches!
Andy, Jett, and I all three sleep great on this bed. It’s not only extremely comfortable, but it also has a very pretty mattress cover on it as well!

Yes! I asked my husband, last week, if he still thinks its comfortable, and he said “definitely”. It’s a great investment. I need to get pictures with my bed made, because it’s so nice. I love that the edges are squared and not rounded like most mattresses. (Kind of petty, but i like it! haha)
How long did it take for the odor to go away? And how soon did you sleep on it? We got ours this afternoon and the whole house smells like fresh paint.
I think we waited til the following night. I cant remember how long it took the smell to go away. We had it upstairs, so the whole house didn’t smell, but I don’t remember how long it took! I’m sorry! I hope you love it like we do!
I was worried because I just received it from FedEx and just like you said, it doesnt look like a matress all rolled up. I thought they gave me a pillow top or something
We have used the mattress for a week but the thickness has started to reduce and the cover which was once a proper fit has become loose. Is that how it should be?
My wife and I bought this mattress from natures sleep for a groupon price when the groupon deal was going. We’ve slept on it for over a week now, and its so comfortable. We definatly recommend going with the king size also as there is so much room. Before in our queen innerspring mattress whenever one of us rolled over, we woke up the other, and with this mattress its virtually silent. If your worried about the online mattress and not trying it out, its comparable to the icomfort or even the temprapedics we tried out. If the groupon deal comes out again, go for it, you can’t go wrong. The only complaint was that the fedex guy didn’t bring it up to our second floor apt and its pretty heavy. Otherwise, great buy.
So its almost been a year since youve own your matress what do you think about it?
It’s been a great mattress. It’s still in the same condition it was in from the first day we purchased it. There hasn’t been any breaking down of the memory foam, and there are no low spots on the mattress like we’ve experienced in previous mattresses. Still loving it!
