My Bamboo Boys – Homeschool Experience
I can’t vlog, but they sure can! If there’s anything I’ve learned from this homeschool experience is that playing outside is a MAJOR part of the day. Yesterday, we took the pool down to make way for the cooler temps and longer days playing in the backyard. They now have a lot more room (8…

Wordless Wednesday: Tower of Strength
It was great to see Meb Keflezighi, last year’s ING NYC Marathon winner (time 2 hours, 9 minutes, 15 seconds WOW), use Jared Fogel, with Subway and newbie marathon runner, as his support while stretching after a training session for this year’s marathon in November. It just shows you that no matter how advanced we may or may not be in our health and fitness stage, we all need support from time to time to keep us from stumbling.

Wouldn’t you know, my battery was dead from my LAST vlog, but it’s a good thing that I checked it, because I’d hate to take off to NYC with a dead battery in my camera, right?

Commit to Fit with Subway and Jared!
Leah, Rachel, and I have been invited to join Jared Fogle (Yep, Subway Jared!) in Central Park on Tuesday morning during one of his marathon training sessions. We’re going to be followed by the media, have our own paparazzi, and all that really cool jazz. Ok, so I don’t know about the paparazzi, but I am expecting a red carpet in my driveway when I get home! (Yall remind me to get my brows shaped up before I go – really!)

I have two favorite brands of coffee. Every morning, depending on my daily routine or my mood, I trade off between the two brands. Both brands I love, because they are very unique from other brands. Today, I will talk about Community Coffee. First of all, scoot on over to your two favorite social media…

I've just been tagged! You're next!
Earlier today (possibly even yesterday) I was tagged! Yep, you’ve got it! You know the ol’ emails we used to do where you’d answer all the questions, and pass them on to people and say “oh I think so and so will reply!” You got it! Mark from Fatophobia thought highly enough of me that…
