The other day, we received a card in the mail with a coupon to a retail clothing store.  My mom and I began talking about coupons, and how we've always had the best of intentions, but we've never really seemed to be able to make it work for us. Both of us recalled clipping and saving coupons at one point or another, but we'd head to the store and actually forget to bring them.
